Myeongdong is a great place to stay in during your time in Seoul as it’s close to popular attractions such as N Seoul Tower and even ancient places like Gyeonbukgung palace. It’s also a central shopping place as the area contains outlets such as Zara, Uniqlo, H&M and more. There are also tons of food stalls to explore. You can buy authentic Korean food like tteokbokki, hotteok, bingsu and more.

There’s a shared living room and kitchenette that guests share with only the manager, so is more private than staying at a hotel and it costs a fraction of the price.

Like all the other listings here, this private room is in a great location as it’s walking distance from Myeongdong Station. It’s very simple, but it’s clean. Guests don’t get their own private bathroom, but they still get some privacy as there are three bathrooms to share between four rooms.
One of the listing’s main appeals is its rooftop, which has gorgeous views of N Seoul Tower.

This place also has access to a rooftop. It’s close to Myeongdong station, but also far away enough from the hustle and bustle. It may not be an ideal place for those with heavy luggage as you need to go up a slight hill to get there and the building doesn’t have a lift in it. However, the owner can arrange for someone to help you with your luggage.

There are definitely more places you can stay at in Myeongdong, but these are some of the best as they’re very centrally located and some have great views of N Seoul Tower. A lot of them are cheap too, so you’ll have more money to spend on Korean food and tickets to tourist sites.
